Ghana
Bayport Financial Services Ghana has historically traded as Ghana Financial Services and is currently undergoing a metamorphous of its brand to become Bayport Financial Services. Established in 2003, Bayport Ghana, like all Bayport operations sought to partner with shareholders who place the interests of the Ghanaian people as a priority. In this regard Bayport has historically partnered with the Ghana Mine Workers Union and the Ghana National Association of Teachers.
Guided by an experienced board under the Chairmanship of Kwame Pianim, Bayport Ghana has managed to navigate the landscape of the Ghanaian people to better understand their needs in developing products and also to gain a rounded understanding of their attitudes towards credit. This has ensured that Bayport Ghana is the leading retail credit provider today.
Chief Executive Kofi Adu Mensah has developed a talented management team that continuously strives to better understand the needs of their clients, and continues to be the leader in unsecured credit in Ghana, whilst raising the benchmark ever higher for competitors.
Bayport’s commitment to Ghana is not merely expressed by the amount of much needed capital injected into the hands of its clients but also through its community building social investment initiatives.
