Bayport’s Governance & Compliance, Legal, Risk Management and Forensics functions, located at the BML and BIGS offices, entrench ethical business practices, manage business risks and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across our 9 operations.

The Audit, Risk and Compliance committee of the BML board oversees the full spectrum of risk management policies and activities. Each operation’s board also has an audit, risk and compliance committee.

Each Country Director and subsidiary CEO is held to a set of good governance key performance indicators.
